We booked spur of the moment the first evening of our stay. Sent Eric a message about the 24 hr response, and he approved our request within minutes. The house is only about 1.8 miles from town with an HEB on the way. Very spacious, comfortable, & clean. We have three kids 5 and under. The decor is nice and minimalist which is so much easier for parents. Screened in front porch. 3 bedrooms with king beds. Slept great! Having access to laundry machines was a game changer. This place truly is a gem!

Our stay at this Airbnb was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. Every detail was thoughtfully considered — from the cozy linens and plush towels to the fully stocked kitchen and helpful local recommendations.
The space looked exactly like the photos (if not better!) and had all the amenities we could possibly need. The bed was extremely comfortable, the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, and the entire place felt welcoming and well cared for. It truly felt like a home away from home.
The host was fantastic — responsive, friendly, and proactive in making sure we had everything we needed. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and communication was clear throughout our stay.
The location was also perfect — convenient to everything while still being peaceful and quiet.

The hosts were incredible! so accommodating and understanding during the winter storm! My girls and I had an amazing time at our bachelorette sleepover. The place was perfect! very clean, with great amenities! Also love that they supplied us extra pillows and blankets that came in handy. The hosts made an unexpected situation completely stress free. I would highly recommend this spot to anyone visiting Fredericksburg!

Amazing location and home. Loved the outdoor screened-in patio, we spent so much time enjoying the beautiful view and cozy accommodations. The location is fantastic and we were able to travel into town very quickly, as well as drive out to the hill country wineries. Would highly recommend staying here.

I truly enjoyed my stay. The property was quiet, extremely clean, well-furnished, and conveniently located near the town center. The entire process, from booking to checking out, went smoothly. My wife and I stayed here for our 10-year anniversary and absolutely loved it. The house is beautiful, cozy, and clearly well taken care of — everything was just where it needed to be. We'd happily stay here again and definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway.
The hot tub wasn’t in the mood to cooperate during our stay, but hey — even hot tubs need a break sometimes. Thankfully, Eric was super accommodating and made up for it by offering us a late checkout, which was much appreciated. We get it — stuff happens, and it didn’t take away from a great trip.
